Libbey Pelaia-Krumhansl, MPH

Community Clinical Navigator

Libbey is a public health and research professional with 19 years of experience in community engagement, health equity, and program management. She successfully designed and led initiatives to address complex public health issues, with a strong focus on social justice and reducing health disparities. Before joining Inside Edge, Libbey led programs targeting mental health, substance use disorders, reproductive health, and the opioid crisis in underserved communities. Her expertise includes program development, education, stakeholder collaboration, managing large projects, creating evidence-based curriculum, and organizing impactful community events. 

Libbey is a seasoned public speaker with experience in conference presentations, panel discussions, and guest speaking engagements. She was also the co-project manager and host of the award-winning podcast OnePath: Safer Opioid Prescribing. Additionally, Libbey is a published researcher who believes in the critical role of research in shaping public policy and advancing health equity. 

Outside of her professional life, Libby enjoys traveling, exploring nature, creating art and music, and spending time with her family.  She holds a Master of Public Health degree with a concentration in Population Health Leadership and Management from Baldwin Wallace University and is a Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES).
