Joy Malbrough

Dr. Joy is a social worker by profession, holding both a Masters and Doctor of Philosophy in the field. She brings to Inside Edge Consulting Group, 21 years of experience in healthcare, community engagement and involvement, as well as leadership/team development facilitation.

Through the years, Dr. Joy has lent her talents to organizations such as, UnitedHealthcare, Texas Children’s Health Plan, MedArrive, Memorial Hermann Health System, and MNS Consulting- which she founded in 2016. Some of her community affiliations include the National Coalition of 100 Black Women (President-Houston Metro), The African American Health Coalition (Board Member), University of Houston Graduate College of Social Work Alumni Association (Past President), March of Dimes (Collective Impact Member) and Houston Area Urban League Guild (Committee Member
