Her dedication stems from a vibrant blend of personal experiences, community insights, and professional expertise geared toward advocating for marginalized communities.
Shani holds a Doctorate in Education from Liberty University, a Master of Business in Healthcare Administration from Fayetteville State University, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
